Overview

Summary Description

Plan, coordinate and perform all high/medium voltage distribution switching, transferring loads, paralleling services, etc., as required
Create, maintain, and monitor high/medium voltage preventive maintenance program including oil sampling of large Transformers.
Develop and manage various capital projects from conception to completion.
Provide 24/7 maintenance response coverage for any Power Issues related to the operation of the Facility.

JOB SUMMARY: The Government Services Director owns the strategy, growth, and execution of our U.S. military freight program across all service branches. • Policy and Regulatory Mastery: Maintain current knowledge of DoD transportation systems, regulations, and policy changes, and translate updates into practical process guidance for agents, dispatch, and drivers

Job Overview: Our Dubuque client is seeking to add a new Account Executive to their team. The Account Executive is responsible for cold calling and building a book of business. To be successful in the role of Account Executive, you must have true experience with cold calling and building from the ground up.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Identify and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients via phone outreach, appointment scheduling, mailings, and online resources.
• Present insurance proposals and policy renewals to individuals and groups.
• Assess client needs and tailor insurance policies and risk management solutions accordingly.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective clients to gather financial details and coverage requirements.
• Provide high-quality, consultative service by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering prompt responses.

Job Overview: Our restoration client in Vail, CO is seeking to add a Restoration Technician to their team. The Restoration Technician oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficient project delivery while managing labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

• Develop accurate scopes of work and prepare statements of work using industry-specific estimating software.
• Communicate and negotiate with customers, clients, and insurance representatives to gain approval for restoration activities.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise crews, subcontractors, and assets on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to verify compliance with client requirements and support billing processes.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage production expenses, including labor, vehicles, equipment, and other resources.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and train restoration teammates to build a high-performing team.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of restoration industry experience.
• IICRC certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry heavy objects of at least 50 lbs up to 100lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration chemicals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Manager to join their award-winning team. This role will be based out of their Mid-Atlantic operations, supporting both the Baltimore, MD and Chambersburg, PA corporate locations. The Senior Transportation Manager will oversee multiple transportation operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and customer service expectations.

This leader will hold full P&L responsibility, including weekly payroll oversight and related reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in customer interaction and effectively supervise dispatchers, administrative personnel, and Class A drivers. This role serves as a critical representative of the company, ensuring customer transportation needs are met with excellence.

Frequent local and regional travel is required for site visits, operational start-ups, and ongoing support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Organizational Development, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven leadership experience

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and transportation industry software
