The Quality Control Technician is responsible for conducting routine quality inspections throughout the production process, including in-process and final inspections of new machinery. Perform system studies to ensure proper coordination of system relays, monitor load flows and modify system components to avoid overloads. Explore and implement better technology, equipment and methods to reduce outages, equipment failures, operating costs and unsafe conditions.
Plan, coordinate and perform all high/medium voltage distribution switching, transferring loads, paralleling services, etc., as required
Create, maintain, and monitor high/medium voltage preventive maintenance program including oil sampling of large Transformers.
Develop and manage various capital projects from conception to completion.
Provide 24/7 maintenance response coverage for any Power Issues related to the operation of the Facility.

Position summary

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience to support a highly automated warehouse and finished product packaging operation. This role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing automated equipment to maximize uptime, efficiency, and reliability in product preparation and shipping processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with motors, drives, servo systems, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment. Experience with Allen-Bradley platforms and PLC programming is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on automated warehouse and packaging equipment

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, packaging machinery, and robotic systems

• Maintain and troubleshoot:

  • AC and DC motors

  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor drives

  • Servo motors and servo drives

  • Industrial sensors (photoeyes, proximity switches, encoders, etc.)

  • Control panels and electrical circuits

• Support troubleshooting and system diagnostics involving Allen-Bradley PLC systems

• Modify or assist with PLC programming when required

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime and increasing equipment reliability

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred

• Minimum of three years of industrial maintenance experience in automated manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments

Responsible for performing routine engineering work and for occasionally handling minor engineering projects; also assists in various phases of major projects. Position Summary The NOC Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and initial response for critical customer systems. This role owns the operational rhythm of detection, triage, and escalation - ensuring that actionable alerts are handled quickly, criticality is assessed correctly, and customer impact is minimized. • 2+ years in a NOC, or technical operations environment.
• Experience triaging monitoring alerts and identifying customer impact using structured validation.

Position Summary The SOC Operations Engineer is responsible for day-to-day security operations within external customer environments.  This role handles security-driven tickets, performs initial investigation and validation, and executes approved response actions following documented procedures.  The SOC Operations Engineer also performs routine operational maintenance on security products to ensure they remain healthy, effective, and aligned with standards.  The SOC Operations Engineer is additionally responsible for supporting ongoing vulnerability management activities across managed customer environments.  This focuses on identifying, validating, tracking, and executing remediation of security weaknesses in a customer environment via a structured and repeatable manner using our toolsets.  This role is for someone who thrives on investigation and decisive response.  The SOC Operations Engineer builds expertise by owning security cases end-to-end within scope, executing proven playbooks, and collaborating closely with the Security Engineer on higher-complexity events.

Escalation Path Security Engineer (as required)

Key Responsibilities Security Ticket Triage and Response (Primary Responsibility)

• Own security-related tickets from creation through resolution within defined scope.
• Review alerts and cases, validate whether activity is benign or suspicious, and determine customer impact.
• Perform initial investigation using available telemetry and platform data to establish what happened and what systems or identities are involved.
• Execute approved response actions using documented runbooks (for example: isolate endpoint, disable account, block indicator, initiate scan, collect artifacts), when authorized and appropriate.
• Maintain situational awareness during active incidents and keep ticket timelines accurate and current.

• Provide high-quality handoffs including: what was observed, what was validated, actions taken, evidence collected, and recommended next steps.
• Escalate to a Team Lead for customer communication, dispatch coordination, and onsite actions when needed.
• Collaborate with NOC and Maintenance roles when incidents intersect with outages, backups, patching, identity access, or broader operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to support vulnerability remediation.
• Track progress and validate vulnerability remediations.
• Identify remediation issues and escalate to appropriate parties.

Security Product Operations and Routine Maintenance

• Perform routine operational checks of security platforms to ensure agents, connectors, sensors, and integrations are healthy and reporting.
• Maintain baseline operational readiness for security platforms, including verifying critical coverage and reporting on gaps.
• Support routine tuning work by documenting noise patterns and proposing improvements to the Security Engineer.

Documentation and Process Adherence

• Document all investigative steps, findings, evidence, and actions taken in the ticketing system using established standards.
• Follow incident handling procedures, escalation criteria, and change management requirements when executing response actions.
• Maintain and improve SOC runbooks and quick-reference procedures for common alert types, recurring event patterns and remediations.
• Contribute to consistent, repeatable security operations across customer environments.

Our Client is seeking a Final Mile Strategic Partnerships Director to lead executive-level retailer relationships within its Home Solutions business. This role is designed for a proven final mile leader who has owned delivery outcomes inside a national retail environment and brings the credibility to shape long-term partnerships at the enterprise level.

About the Role

As the Final Mile Strategic Partnerships Director, you will serve as Our Client’s executive relationship owner for national retail partners across furniture, appliances, and big-and-bulky home delivery. You will shape how retailers think about final mile delivery strategy, partner closely with operations to design executable solutions, and retain long-term ownership of senior customer relationships.

This role is not about cold outreach or transactional selling. It is about credibility, trust, and the ability to sit across the table from retail leaders as a peer.

The Design Engineer is responsible for leading the design and development of thermoformed medical packaging solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements. This role translates complex needs into compliant, reliable, and manufacturable sterile packaging systems while emphasizing innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and early risk mitigation to support successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermoformed sterile packaging from concept through full-scale production using CAD tools such as SolidWorks.

• Translate customer requirements and regulatory standards into functional, compliant, and innovative packaging solutions.

• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D technical drawings to support development, tooling, and manufacturing.

• Utilize 3D scanning and additive manufacturing technologies to support rapid prototyping, design verification, and iteration.

• Select and evaluate materials based on performance, sterilization compatibility, sustainability objectives, and cost targets.

• Conduct design feasibility assessments, including draft analysis, wall thickness evaluation, stackability, and functional performance of sterile packaging systems.

• Support packaging validation activities, including sample builds, functional testing, and preparation of IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.

• Participate in customer-facing and internal meetings to gather requirements, present design concepts, and refine solutions.

• Proactively identify design, material, and process risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.

• Maintain accurate design documentation and manage revisions using PDM/PLM systems.

• Stay current on emerging materials, sterilization methods (EtO, gamma, e-beam), and trends in medical packaging design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging design; medical device or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with SolidWorks experience highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of thin-gauge thermoforming principles, including draft angles, wall thickness control, and undercut design.

• Working knowledge of plastics commonly used in sterile barrier systems (e.g., PETG, HIPS, PP).

• Experience collaborating with tooling and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability.

• Familiarity with medical packaging regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO 11607, ASTM, and ISO 13485.

Position Summary

The 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician is a hands-on, working lead responsible for overseeing maintenance and technical support activities during second shift operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, machine builds, and technical guidance to team members. The Lead Maintenance Technician partners closely with 1st Shift Assembly Leadership, Quality Control, and Engineering to maintain workflow continuity, equipment reliability, and adherence to quality standards. This position serves as the primary technical resource for the 2nd shift and sets expectations for productivity, safety, and quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the working lead for 2nd shift maintenance staff, providing daily direction, coaching, and task prioritization.

• Ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the shift, adjusting assignments as needed to meet production and quality goals.

• Communicate shift status, outstanding issues, and priorities to 1st shift leadership and maintenance teams to ensure continuity.
