VP Credit Risk Management

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Credit Risk Management to lead the organization's credit underwriting function across Consumer, Mortgage, and Commercial lending portfolios. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing underwriting strategies that optimize portfolio performance while effectively managing credit risk.

The VP of Credit Risk Management will oversee underwriting operations, establish and maintain credit policies, guide complex credit decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and profitability.

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide credit underwriting strategies aligned with organizational risk appetite and growth objectives.
• Serve as a voting member of the Loan Committee, providing expertise on complex credit decisions.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance underwriting policies, procedures, and credit standards.
• Present portfolio performance, concentration risk, and emerging credit trends to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Lending, Operations, Risk Analytics, Collections, Special Assets, and Legal to strengthen portfolio quality and maximize recoveries.

Credit Underwriting & Risk Oversight

• Lead underwriting teams responsible for Consumer, Mortgage, and Commercial lending.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality credit decisions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve complex commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial & industrial (C&I) credit requests.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, collateral, portfolio concentrations, and underwriting practices.
• Maintain expertise in lending regulations including ATR/QM, Fair Lending (Reg B), Regulation 723, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Portfolio Management

• Monitor portfolio performance through key credit metrics, including approval rates, booking trends, and automated decisioning performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve underwriting efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the borrower experience.
• Recommend policy and process improvements based on portfolio trends and market conditions.

Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, senior underwriters, credit officers, and analysts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, sound risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Build organizational capability through coaching and succession planning.

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory examinations related to credit underwriting.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state lending regulations.
• Lead corrective action plans and remediation efforts when necessary.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive credit underwriting leadership experience within a bank or credit union.
• 5+ years of leadership experience at the Director level or above.
• Extensive experience underwriting Commercial (C&I and CRE), Mortgage, and Consumer lending products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal lending regulations, including ATR/QM, Regulation B, Regulation 723, and FCRA.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential valuation methodologies and appraisal standards.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), credit analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Software Verification Engineers to join our team onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is an immediate opportunity supporting the verification and validation of safety-critical embedded display software used in aerospace applications.

Engineers will work on software for:

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with software engineers, systems engineers, and verification teams to develop, execute, and document software verification activities in accordance with DO-178 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team stand-up meetings to coordinate priorities and project progress.
• Develop software verification artifacts, including test cases and test procedures.
• Collaborate with requirements owners, test environment specialists, and peer reviewers to create and approve verification documentation.
• Execute software tests on embedded hardware platforms.
• Debug and analyze test failures to identify root causes.

Required Qualifications

This is a Contract To Hire role or direct hire

 Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for performing highly diversified maintenance to production machines and plant facility’s equipment, on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic for both troubleshooting and repairs in support of efficiency.

Shift: 12 hour rotating shifts Days/Nights. Holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

What You Will Do

• Perform highly diversified maintenance to production machines and plant facility’s equipment, on control logic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic for both troubleshooting and repairs
• Able to take on installation projects assigned by controls engineer.
• Perform basic fabrication duties and responsibilities (welding, cutting, forming,)
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust with limited operational experience
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose, and correct problems in PLC controllers and process automation systems
• Comply with all safety & environmental regulations and maintain clean and orderly work
• Read and interpret a wide range of electrical schematics and mechanical system drawings
• Perform tasks such as lifting (up to 50lbs), walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours/day in a loud/noisy, hot, cold, humid, dusty, and high-volume environment

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience navigating through electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues with equipment
• Experience using DMM, Megger, oscilloscope, and other electronic testing equipment
• Ability to identify and explain electrical controls on a test bench
• 3 or more years’ experience with Allen-Bradley PLC ladder logic and ability to navigate through logic
• 5 years or more of industrial and automation controls maintenance experience

Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of trailer systems, including structural frames, suspension systems, braking components, and load-handling features. This position requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles combined with practical experience in product design, manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop trailer components, including frames, axles, suspension systems, couplers, braking systems, and related assemblies.
• Perform structural analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate durability, load capacity, and compliance with applicable safety standards.
• Develop detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and documentation using CAD software.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for fabrication, welding, assembly, and production efficiency.
• Evaluate materials, including high-strength steel and aluminum, to improve product performance, durability, and weight reduction.
• Support prototype development, product testing, validation, and field evaluations to ensure design performance under real-world operating conditions.
• Investigate and resolve engineering issues related to fatigue, vibration, load distribution, and overall structural integrity.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including DOT, FMCSA, and FMVSS standards, as well as customer specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers to select and integrate components such as axles, tires, braking systems, lighting, and other trailer systems.
• Participate in cost reduction, quality improvement, value engineering, and new product development initiatives.
• Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting project schedules and design milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in trailer manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, transportation, or a related industry.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar design platforms.
• Experience performing structural analysis using FEA tools and validating engineering designs.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, welding processes, fabrication methods, and manufacturing best practices.
• Working knowledge of trailer braking systems, suspension systems, load dynamics, and structural performance.
• Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards, including DOT, FMCSA, and FMVSS requirements.
• Experience designing or supporting trailer types such as flatbeds, enclosed trailers, tankers, refrigerated trailers, or specialty trailers is preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in trailer applications is a plus.
• Understanding of transportation, logistics, and commercial vehicle industry requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Position Summary

The Electrical Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical systems, production equipment, and facility machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role also supports preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and electrical installations to help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Build and install control panels and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and electrical systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete electrical and basic mechanical repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, manuals, and work orders.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts as needed (training provided).
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Assist with equipment installations and support maintenance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Technical training in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Previous maintenance or electrical experience preferred; training available.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• PLC experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Freight Broker

We're looking for a driven Freight Broker to join a rapidly expanding flatbed brokerage operation. This is a carrier-focused role — you'll source, onboard, and manage third-party carrier relationships while executing loads and growing margin through strong partnerships and smart market decisions. If you're competitive, relationship-driven, and want direct impact on your earnings, this is the role for you.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Source, onboard, and manage third-party carriers across the brokerage network
• Assign carriers to loads using TMS and digital freight tools to ensure timely pickup and delivery
• Negotiate carrier rates while protecting required margin thresholds
• Resolve in-transit service issues and keep internal teams informed on shipment status
• Provide carrier coverage support for teammates across regions as needed
• Stay current on market trends, rate fluctuations, and capacity shifts
• Build lasting partnerships with dispatchers, drivers, and carrier owners to drive repeat business
• Track KPIs including carrier utilization, margin performance, and on-time delivery
• Partner with customer service teams to align capacity with shipper expectations

• Foundational understanding of freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics operations
• Strong communication skills with comfort in high-volume outreach and negotiation
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset driven by performance and results

Preferred:

• 2–5 years of experience in a brokerage or 3PL environment, especially flatbed
• Familiarity with CRM and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Proven ability to build rapport with dispatchers, drivers, and owner-operators
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated success
