Workers Comp Claims Adjuster

Job Overview: Our transportation client located in North Liberty, IA is seeking to add a Workers Comp Claims Adjuster to their team. The Workers Comp Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating and managing all workers compensation claims for the company. This position requires independent decision-making with limited supervision, extensive attention to detail, and requires an individual be a self-starter with a positive attitude. 

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Completing initial claim intakes
• Coordinating medical treatment
  
• Maintaining claim files regarding the progression of the claim
  
• Communicating with injured workers, medical professionals, TPA's, attorneys, and other departments within the organization
  

• Minimum of 1 year of claims experience preferred
• Associate's degree preferred
