Web Developer & Digital Analytics Specialist

Overview
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining a website and supporting marketing technology to ensure technical performance, accurate tracking, and actionable insights across digital channels. The position plays a key role in campaign performance, demand generation, and data-driven decision-making by working closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams. The focus is on delivering reliable measurement, improving user experience, and optimizing digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the website running well, including speed, mobile responsiveness, security, and overall performance
• Support basic SEO tasks such as metadata, indexing, and site structure
• Manage analytics and tracking tools (such as GA4, tag management, dashboards, and campaign tracking)
• Review user behavior and conversions to find issues and suggest improvements
• Support paid media and email campaigns by checking tracking and analyzing results
• Build and send email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking
• Maintain and connect marketing tools such as CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience managing websites and content management systems
• Familiarity with web analytics and tracking tools
• Ability to monitor website performance and fix issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in web analytics, website management, or digital marketing
• 3+ years in a web analytics or similar role
