What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest and transform data from internal and external sources.
• Build and enhance data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and predictive modeling initiatives.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize data products to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and system performance to ensure consistent access to critical business information.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and usability across the organization.
• Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure as code.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing data architecture and processes.
• Support high-impact client and business initiatives by delivering reliable, scalable data solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 3 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related data engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong experience designing and developing data-intensive applications and pipelines.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL, with experience writing efficient, maintainable code for large datasets.
• Experience with distributed data processing technologies such as Apache Spark or Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience using workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on data quality and reliability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Experience in financial services, consulting, or risk management is a plus.
