Job Description
Saige Partners, one of the fastest growing Talent Solutions firms in the Midwest, is looking for an ambitious and energetic mid to senior level Recruiter with a high sense of urgency to join their growing IT and Engineering Talent Solutions practice.
Additionally, we are looking for a strong contributor to help us build our Internal Team. You will also be responsible for the oversight of the internal hiring strategy for Saige Partners. This role will start out remote and move to a hybrid schedule in the Iowa City/North Liberty area to support our new training and development facility to train new hires which will require in person team building and training.
In this role, responsibilities include using best practices in sourcing, evaluation, engaging, and managing candidates through the recruiting life cycle. Provide sales leads weekly to support growing new business for the sales team and may be responsible for skill marketing candidates to clients and potential prospects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a leadership role to lead, coach, train and develop future recruiters to help the company scale in growth.

- Building a pipeline of strong Recruiters and Sales people to join the Saige Partners team
- Implement and oversee Saige Partners hiring strategy nationally leveraging a variety of resources (job boards, referrals, internal system, social media, colleges, veterans, etc.) to attract and retain qualified top recruiting and ales talent using a proactive approach.
- Prepare internal employment agreements and extend job offers
- Build and maintain professional relationships with inside and outside employees, candidates and partners
- Recruit candidates for our sales and recruiter training programs
- Able and willing to support client recruiting needs when internal hiring needs are met for the time being
- Work with and build relationships with various/local college career services personnel to help recruit soon to be graduates via college job boards, onsite visits, etc.
- Administer skills testing as needed
- Learn and live the company culture and core values
- Various administrative and HR duties may also play a part in this role
- Proactively sourcing and building a strong pipeline of passive talent for key client skill sets
- Building rapport and strong relationships with top talent in the marketplace
- Networking and obtaining referrals
- Obtaining sales leads to help accelerate new customer growth
- Multitasking recruiting efforts for several positions at a time
- Problem solving and issue resolution to obtain a positive outcome
- Learning new things and teaching others to be the best they can be
- Holding yourself accountable to expectations and giving your best effort every day
You have
- A desire to work for a fast-growing start-up to make your mark with endless opportunity
- A 4-year Bachelors Degree is desired
- 3+ years successful recruiting experience IT and/or Engineering skill sets preferred
- A competitive winner attitude with a team player mentality
- A high sense of urgency and positive can-do spirit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high affinity for detail
- Expert at using ATS systems and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster and Indeed
- Ninja recruiting skills with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Github, Instagram, Twitter and/or Facebook
- Proven past performance succeeding in an organization with clear and aggressive goals
- The ability to self-manage personal goals with demonstrated time-management skills to stay on track
