CONTRACT Talent Acquisition Coordinator 

 

DETAILS:

  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour on W2
  • Length of Contract: 12 months, possible to extend or convert to perm
  • Shift Time: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
  • Job Location: Ridgeville, SC 29472

SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position will provide professional, confidential, and high-level administrative duties in a variety of functional areas required to support the Talent Acquisition Team. As well as working with both salaried and hourly recruitment of employees in the Automotive Manufacturing Facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Administrative role supporting a team
  • Recruitment experience preferred
  • Must have strong MS Office applications experience
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi -task in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support a team of full-time recruiters
  • Schedule interviews, including coordinating travel and processing trip reimbursements in accordance with company policy
  • Create, maintain, and provide accurate up-to-date data and reports as requested by the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Draft and extend offer letters, collect signed documents
  • Update new hire files to include background checks, drug screens and all associated new hire paperwork
  • Initiate and review references, background checks, drug screens and physicals with third party vendors
  • Establish and communicate new hire start dates
  • Reconcile credit cards monthly
  • Internal and external hourly recruitment and ramp-up
  • Participate in interviews for both hourly and salaried
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
