Job Summary: The Superintendent will oversee and direct all field construction activities for Icon Industrial Services in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. The candidate must possess personal characteristics that include a customer-oriented attitude, willingness to travel, good organizational skills, and the ability to attract and retain talent. Professional requirements include 15 years of directly related millwright experience, OSHA 30 Hour Training, clean driving record, and a CDL Driver's License. The candidate must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, all weather conditions, and lift 50-60 lbs. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of Icon Millwrights in performance of assigned duties, which may include steel erection, equipment setting, and maintenance.
