Software Engineer (Backend)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer (Backend) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of both front-end and back-end solutions for new and existing web applications. Working within an Agile team structure, the Full Stack Web Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, coding, and implementing software solutions in a web environment. If you are a highly motivated and experienced web developer with expertise in HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and C#, we encourage you to apply.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Collaborate within Agile processes and procedures to facilitate software development.
• Provide engineering and programming support for projects and infrastructure activities.
• Design and develop enterprise applications within a web environment.
• Create, modify, and develop computer applications software and specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user requirements and formulate software solutions.
• May engage in database analysis and design, either independently or as part of a team.
• Write code in HTML, JavaScript, and Angular for front-end web development.
• Write code in C# for server-side API development.
• Develop SQL queries to retrieve data from a SQL Azure database.
• Provide accurate time estimates for project completion.
• Assist in migrating application code from legacy .NET systems.
• Effectively communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of web development experience using HTML and JavaScript.
• 3-5 years of application development experience in .NET using C#.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Visual Studio with Microsoft Team Foundation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a focus on optimizing the end user experience.
