As the Software Developer, you'll play a crucial role in coding, designing, modifying, and testing computer programs. Your expertise will span a broad spectrum of technical disciplines and business solutions, contributing to the success of current and future projects alike. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate independently or with Team Leaders to craft specifications, design solutions, and develop applications that exceed customer expectations.
• Provide training and mentorship to Software Developers, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team culture.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to define application requirements, design efficient information-processing procedures, and drive innovation.
• Ensure the optimal performance of our applications, troubleshoot issues, and independently analyze program logic to determine effective solutions.
• Take a leadership role in resolving issues promptly, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
• Write, test, and debug complex programs with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare and review intricate test data, maintaining a commitment to quality.
• Document program information and procedures to contribute to our knowledge base.
• Undertake diverse programming duties and projects, embracing the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient and experienced in systems analysis, design, and programming.
• Mastery in maintaining and writing code (C#, VB.Net, VB6) across diverse technical landscapes.
• Expertise in database systems and writing queries (SQL, Oracle, DB2) to unlock valuable insights.
• Proven experience in website building and programming practices (ASP, MVC) to create user-centric applications.
• Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project lifecycles, showcasing your ability to navigate complex development landscapes.
• Self-driven with a passion for adopting new technical skills and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize a substantial workload while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated aptitude for independent judgment and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external customers.
• Willingness and ability to provide rotating on-call support for production systems.
