Senior Learning & Talent Development Business Partner

The Senior Learning & Talent Development Business Partner is a pivotal role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning programs aimed at enhancing the utilization of technology and analytical tools for impactful business decision-making. This position will ensure that learning initiatives are grounded in sound design principles, leverage cutting-edge learning technologies, and are scalable across the company and its subsidiaries. The role will also oversee the Data & Analytics Rotational Program and Internship Program, ensuring that all team members receive the relevant experiences needed to thrive in their careers. The ideal candidate will foster collaborative partnerships across the organization, leverage insights to provide tailored learning solutions, and demonstrate measurable impacts on talent and organizational needs. This position will work on-site in Austin, Minnesota.


What you will be doing as a Senior Learning & Talent Development Business Partner…

Learning Program Design, Development, and Execution:

  • Create and implement comprehensive learning programs focused on analytics, data analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions across all functional domains (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain), both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess learning needs and establish relevant learning objectives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Performance Support and Coaching:

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering additional resources as needed.
  • Mentor trainees by offering leadership perspectives, fostering their professional development, and ensuring they gain valuable insights and skills.

Thought Leadership:

  • Partner with Data & Analytics office leadership to stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in analytics, integrating them into training materials and sessions.

Culture and Inclusion:

  • Champion initiatives that promote the company's cultural beliefs, fostering a productive and inclusive environment that values collaboration and innovation.
  • Utilize data from assessments and surveys to understand cultural dynamics and inform strategies for improvement, coaching leaders and facilitating learning programs across the enterprise.
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Senior Learning & Talent Development Business Partner (Data & Analytics)…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning programs in a corporate setting.
  • Proven success in utilizing analytics and statistical techniques to derive insights from data.
  • Proficiency in relevant data languages/tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated success in creating blended learning solutions, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.
  • Experience in needs assessment and performance gap analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and a forward-thinking approach to learning and talent development.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and stakeholders to drive organizational goals.
  • Skilled change agent with the ability to create transformational change, lead initiatives, and sustain changes effectively.
