This position provides hands-on involvement in critical projects that modernize existing plant control systems using industry-leading automation controls and instrumentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have ongoing opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and contribute to large-scale infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret, revise, and maintain electrical schematic drawings

• Conduct wire audits and field verification visits at customer sites

• Design control system hardware to meet customer and project requirements

• Develop and partition I/O databases

• Create installation and design drawing packages

• Supervise installation subcontractors during on-site installation and commissioning activities

• Collaborate with internal business units and engineering teams

• Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently and effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

• Familiarity with Ovation, WDPF, and other DCS and PLC systems, including I/O and cabinet layouts

• Experience in the design, implementation, and testing of plant control systems

• Knowledge of plant instrumentation signals and field wiring

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design tools

• Willingness to travel up to 30%

• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction and installation management experience

• Additional experience with distributed control systems (DCS) and PLC platforms
