This position provides hands-on involvement in critical projects that modernize existing plant control systems using industry-leading automation controls and instrumentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have ongoing opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and contribute to large-scale infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret, revise, and maintain electrical schematic drawings
Conduct wire audits and field verification visits at customer sites
Design control system hardware to meet customer and project requirements
Develop and partition I/O databases
Create installation and design drawing packages
Supervise installation subcontractors during on-site installation and commissioning activities
Collaborate with internal business units and engineering teams
Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently and effectively

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant engineering experience
Familiarity with Ovation, WDPF, and other DCS and PLC systems, including I/O and cabinet layouts
Experience in the design, implementation, and testing of plant control systems
Knowledge of plant instrumentation signals and field wiring
Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design tools
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
Construction and installation management experience
Additional experience with distributed control systems (DCS) and PLC platforms
