Reconstruction Project Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced and driven Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on project leader with strong technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and a customer-focused approach. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution while leading teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.

What you will be doing as a Reconstruction Project Manager …

• Plan, mobilize, and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution

• Lead project walk-throughs, identify risks, and enforce safety standards across all job sites

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Conduct daily project meetings, proactively resolve issues, and manage project details to completion

• Travel as needed (by car and plane) to support active job sites; valid driver’s license required

Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Reconstruction Project Manager …

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property/casualty claims adjusting and/or restoration, with demonstrated project management responsibility

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
