Description

 The Project Engineering Manager will support a project to build a Gigafactory producing next-generation battery cells in Georgia. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Establish a "safety first" culture throughout all efforts managed
• Responsible for organizational structure of the project, staffing requirements, staff management, deployment, and development of personnel
• Complete responsibility for project performance and delivery. This includes safety and financial performance, client satisfaction, and contractor relationships
• Ensure project execution methodology / strategy aligns with KPS business objectives
• Provide overall construction management oversight
• Engage with the Business Development group in developing client relationships and proposals
• Take an active role in the development of contracts necessary for the project
• Support program development with scoping and scaling of add-on projects and repeatability scenarios

• Battery plant manufacturing experience

• Dense Space Nitrogen Conveying Experience
