Remote Work: Partial (Candidate must reside in the specified location at the time of submission)

Pay Rate: $50-60 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Process Consultant to drive process improvement initiatives and automation strategies within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process discovery, value stream mapping, and business process automation, particularly within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop current state process maps, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

•Create RACI matrices aligned with KPIs and develop SIPOC diagrams.

• Design To-Be process models and establish target state process maps.

•Formulate a high-level implementation roadmap for identified automation and process enhancement opportunities.

•Conduct process discovery and value stream mapping to evaluate inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

•Lead interviews and workshops with process owners, analysts, and stakeholders to assess workflow gaps and system dependencies.

• Develop and analyze process data such as volumetrics, SLAs, KPIs (TAT, AHT, Cost per Transaction, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in Process Consulting and Process Discovery.

• Proficiency in Process Discovery, Value Stream Mapping, and Business Process Automation.

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry processes and automation objectives.

• Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and workflow analysis.

• Demonstrated experience in intelligent automation and contact center operations (preferred).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive change.

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement methodologies is preferred.

•Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, SAP IRPA, UiPath

•Process Mining: Celonis, UiPath Process Mining

•Programming & Scripting: JavaScript, Python, Shell Scripting

• Database Management: MySQL

• Low-Code Platforms: Xceptor

• Project Management Tools: Automation Anywhere
