National Trade Manager, Roofing

Job Overview: Our client, in Plano, TX, is seeking to add a NEW National Trade Manager, Roofing to their team. National Trade Manager, Roofing is responsible for collaborating with the Facilities team the enhancement and execution of the National Roofing Program, aligning it with broader organizational goals.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of our National Roofing Program across the country.
• Collaborate with field operations, internal teams, and vendors to manage roofing repairs and projects across a large portfolio of properties.
• Use your technical expertise to optimize roofing asset longevity through strategic planning and data-driven analysis.
• Oversee project management from scope development to vendor negotiations, ensuring value engineering and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and budget.

• 10+ years of experience in roofing, with at least 5 years in a consulting or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
