We are looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) coordinator who is dynamic, and passionate about supporting clients with technology issues. The right candidate will be strategic at solving clients’ problems and making clients' lives better. The right candidate will demonstrate a team player attitude.

 

This is a Direct Hire role.


What you will be doing as a NOC Coordinator …

  • Call Dispatch: Prioritize and dispatch help desk calls. Coordinate resources for efficient issue resolution.
  • Ticket Management: Maintain unassigned ticket board. Assign tickets, monitor statuses, and escalated as needed.
  • Daily Checks for Clients: Ensure accuracy and completion of daily checks. On-Call Schedule: Develop and manage on-call schedule. Ensure coverage and address scheduling conflicts.
  • Documentation: Create/update internal SOPs and client-specific documentation. Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and for clients Audit client products
  • Monitor the progress of service tickets and follow up with technicians to ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate level of management when necessary. Maintain regular communication with end-users to ensure their satisfaction with the support provided.
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a NOC Coordinator …
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and basic IT terminology.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other common office software. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
