We are seeking an experienced Solution Systems Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central to join our client's team in Omaha, NE on a Full Time/Direct Hire Basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of professional work experience providing solutions and systems support for global operations utilizing NAV and Business Central. As a Solution Systems Architect, you will play a critical role in administering and supporting robust ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, while ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics NAV and Business Central to meet the organization's operational requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support in administering and maintaining Dynamics NAV and Business Central systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and system configurations.
- Lead and participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
- Assist end-users in utilizing the ERP system effectively by providing training and support.
- Communicate technical information and concepts to non-technical individuals in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience providing solutions and systems support for global operations with Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
- Proven experience administering and supporting robust ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics NAV and Business Central functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex system issues.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics NAV or Business Central are highly desirable.
