Essential Qualifications:

  • Over five years of practical experience in RF/analog layout, boasting proficiency in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies (e.g., 28nm, FinFETs).
  • Skilled in various layout techniques aimed at optimizing device performance, including device matching, minimizing parasitics, RF shielding, and high-frequency routing.

  • Integrate critical analog components like resistors, capacitors, and inductors into the IC architecture.
  • Oversee the full verification process, from block to top-level layout, encompassing RLC extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM checks.
  • Work in tandem with design engineers on floor planning at both block and system levels.
