Marketing & Communications Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the entire marketing process for a growing tech company. If you enjoy big-picture thinking while perfecting details and want to engage at all levels, this role is for you.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience with growth track record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Journalism, or related field
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing strategy and communication
  • Collaborative and relationship-building mindset
  • Proactive, motivated, and results-driven
  • Industry curiosity and technical comprehension
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Analytical, with an iterative marketing approach
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Comprehensive social media experience, particularly LinkedIn
  • Hands-on with data-driven email marketing and cross-platform campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads

Primary Duties:

  • Lead the marketing strategy and efforts
  • Collaborate with Sales to support client acquisition
  • Implement a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Oversee SEO/SEM and display advertising with an agency
  • Support branding, writing, editing, presentations, and events
  • Participate in cross-department projects and committees
  • Produce relevant content for social media, blogs, emails, and the web
  • Track and analyze marketing efforts for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Optimize the company website
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
  • Manage crisis communications
  • Oversee the marketing budget
