Manual Machinist Opportunities (1st and 2nd shift)
A highly recognized CNC machine shop, job shop, maintenance, and proto-type machining company is looking to add skilled Manual Machinists to their growing team. 

1st shift works Mon.-Fri. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

2nd shift works Mon.-Thurs. 3:15 pm -1:45 am. 10% wage premium for 2nd shift

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52404: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour

*Signing Bonus: $5,000.00

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Applicants must have the ability to set up and run larger manual lathes and mills
• Must also be able to work in fast paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Capable of measuring and inspecting final products
• Welding capabilities are a big plus
• CNC experience is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus

The company is an ISO certified, full service Machine shop that specializes in job shop (manual) machining. Also specializing in large CNC turning and milling of short run production and/or prototype parts. Other in-house departments include fabrication of weldments, CNC burn table, Blanchard grinding, stress relieving, and on-site machining. Located in Cedar Rapids, IA
