Are you ready to take the next step in your career leading heavy equipment rental and used sales operations? We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to oversee our premier clients day-to-day activities in this crucial role. As the Manager of Heavy Equipment Rental and Used Sales, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish streamlined processes for seamless operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Volumetric Mixer industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base.
  • Manage the used equipment website for optimal performance.
  • Oversee rental fleet management to ensure equipment availability and utilization.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine inspections and repairs.
  • Implement effective rental pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
  • Manage inventory of used equipment, including sourcing, pricing, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and sell used equipment.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in heavy equipment sales and rental management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, construction, and related industries.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • CDL certification or ability to obtain rapidly.
