In this role, you'll be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of our technological infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable systems with maximum availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, engineer, implement, and support rotation strategies for various infrastructure systems, including but not limited to telecommunications, network, cloud, storage, server, and database systems.
• Develop, apply, maintain, and manage backup policies and systems for all data infrastructure, including off-site retention programs.
• Establish procedures and support for managing network users, environments, directories, and permissions management.
• Provide senior-level expertise to define strategies for and lead complex infrastructure projects.
• Take ownership of Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
• Provide input to IT Management during annual business planning activities related to infrastructure systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft (MCSA and MCTS), Cisco, and/or VMWare certifications preferred.
• Successful completion of Life Office Management Association (LOMA) certifications preferred

• Advanced knowledge in the administration and maintenance of network and telecommunications components, software, and systems.
• Sound knowledge of network security and architecture.
