As a Network Engineer, you’ll manage installations, optimize performance, and provide hands-on support—often working directly with end users and decision-makers. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to build trust, showcase your expertise, and make technology work for people.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using industry best practices
- Manage installation and support of servers, PCs, and software at client sites
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless connectivity
- Establish rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with team members and mentor junior Network Engineers
- Document solutions and maintain clear, accurate records Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer (consulting experience a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical expertise
- Desire to pursue certifications and stay ahead of emerging technologies
- Willingness to work at various client locations
