Client Executive – Technology Solutions

As a Client Executive, you’ll represent a growing, full-service technology solutions provider delivering managed services, cybersecurity, cloud and virtualization, connectivity, IBM Power Systems, application development, and IT infrastructure solutions. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to your clients—aligning technology investments with business goals and delivering measurable value.

What you will be doing...
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing clients while strategically developing new business.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client technology environments to recommend customized, value-driven solutions.
  • Partner with technical consultants to assess client needs, develop proposals, and close opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, reporting, and expense management.
  • Lead annual client planning sessions to identify projects, budgets, and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Coordinate and participate in client training sessions, events, and executive presentations.
  • Travel to client locations and attend relevant industry conferences and trade shows as needed.
Skills you bring to the table....
  • Strong communication, presentation, and phone skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and present compelling proposals.
  • Experience in technology or IT solutions sales.
  • Familiarity with CISCO & IBM hardware, software, managed services, cloud, security, and/or infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and territory development.
