Key Responsibilities

As a Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering employees with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs and materials

• Facilitating training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and virtual

• Partnering with leaders to assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations

• Measuring training effectiveness and continuously improving programs

• Staying current on training methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Maintaining accurate training records and providing clear reporting on outcomes

Required Skills

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to design engaging and effective training materials

• Proficiency with training software and learning tools

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role

• Training and Development certification is a plus
