Financial Advisor (Denver)

Job Overview: Our Iowa City client, is seeking to add a NEW Financial Advisor (Denver) to their team. The Financial Advisor is responsible for selling financial products and services through the bank’s Broker-Dealer, LPL Financial, to clients for investment purposes including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products. To be successful in the role you must have a series 7/66 and a minimum of 2 years of experience preferably within a credit union or bank. 

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Building financial plans for clients, analyzing potential outcomes, helping clients choose a path given their specific financial situation
• Selling financial products and services to clients for investment purposes including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products
• Builds a book of business through internal referral leads as well as external connections
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Team and other departments where appropriate
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree or relevant experience 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience 
• Series 7/66
• Ability to source new business leads and follow-through to sale
