Field Support Engineer (Contract Role)

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)

• **Triage Master:** Manage and synchronize platform software issues like a pro using tools like Jira.
• **Bug Detective:** Validate and document issues (collect logs, replicate bugs, and crack the case!).
• **Feedback Ninja:** Replicate, analyze, and offer valuable insights to drive swift solutions.
• **Tool Tweaker:** Make minor tool updates and process improvements for smoother workflows.
• **Data Whisperer:** Use Python scripts and database queries in Continuous Integration systems.
• **Team Player Extraordinaire:** Keep stakeholders in the loop and coordinate between teams.
• **Jet Setter Alert:** Support on-site certification testing (occasional travel to US, Europe, and Asia).

What You Need to Bring (Your Superpowers)

• **Python Skills** – You’re comfortable scripting and automating tasks.
• **Microsoft Know-How** – Excel and Word? Easy.
• **Jira Expertise** – Or equivalent issue-tracking wizardry.
• **GIT Savvy** – You know your way around version control tools.

• GNSS test and debugging
• Embedded firmware experience
• SQL, Matlab, or C programming
