Our client, a leader in the glass manufacturing industry, is on the hunt for a passionate and proactive Environmental Specialist to join their Kingsburg, CA facility. This isn’t just a compliance role—it’s an opportunity to drive sustainability initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and create a greener future. ��

What You’ll Be Doing ��

•Leading air emissions management (Title V, Carbon Program), waste, and water compliance.

•Owning permit compliance and renewals at local, state, and federal levels.

• Partnering with employees at all levels to build environmental expertise and ensure regulatory alignment.

•Developing and implementing environmental policies, action plans, and sustainability programs.

• Conducting training sessions to empower teams with environmental best practices.

•Keeping up with the latest federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

• Collaborating with leadership to identify and solve environmental challenges.

•Maintaining records to keep everything compliant and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For ��

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✅ Experience in environmental compliance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

What Will Give You the Edge? ��

�� Experience in carbon emissions management.

�� Knowledge of EH&S compliance.

�� Background in Health & Safety Management.
