Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee and coordinate our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to ensure they meet required specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.

What you will be doing as a Electrical Engineer
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This includes creating electrical schematics, power distribution, control systems, selecting components, and conducting feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and technicians, to design and integrate electrical systems into our products. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and technical evaluations of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Analyze test data, identify areas for improvement, and propose design modifications as necessary.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, and user manuals. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to provide technical support and resolve electrical engineering-related issues. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and participate in product demonstrations when required.
- Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required. Previous experience in electrical system design, preferably in the manufacturing industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, power distribution, and control systems. Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools is essential.
- Ability to analyze complex electrical problems, propose creative solutions, and implement them effectively. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols. Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
