Electrical Engineer

Job Overview: Our client, located in New Berlin, WI, is seeking to add a NEW Electrical Engineer to their team. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing manufacturing and test processes to meet customers’ requirements. To be successful in the role of Electrical Engineer, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Associates in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years’ experience, possess skills and ability to read/interpret electrical schematics, and ability to create and deliver work instructions.

Compensation you will receive as an Electrical Engineer:

• $75,000 - $85,000 +/- based on experience
• 401k
• Health, Dental, Vision
• PTO 

This is a Direct Hire role.

What you will be doing as an Electrical Engineer…

• Develop engineering drawings and work instructions
• Work on detailed engineering assignments involving calculations and simple tests
• Use MS Excel as a tool for design and solving basic engineering problems
• Support integration of system level tests
• Perform drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications as it pertains to project design and development tasks.
• Prepare final working drawings and specifications
• Design, test and troubleshoot circuit electrical panel builds
• Update product revisions and improvements

Skills you ideally bring to the table as an Electrical Engineer…

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• • Associates degree in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years’ experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
•  Working knowledge of Excel and familiar with MS Office Suites
• Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Ability to create and deliver work instructions to convey manufacturing/assembly information

Day shift Monday – Friday
