�� What You’ll Be Doing (Key Accountabilities)

•Crafting electronic control designs, slick user interfaces, and detailed control specs for commercial microwave/thermal cooking systems.

•Writing clear, precise specs for custom analog/digital control hardware, software, and user interfaces.

•Researching and recommending IoT and automation innovations to enhance product capabilities — because who doesn’t love smarter ovens?

• Applying your deep knowledge of hardware design, communication protocols, embedded systems, and cloud integration to design future-ready solutions.

•Collaborating across engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.

•Managing projects, coordinating cross-functional experts, and ensuring tasks stay on track and on time.

•Troubleshooting hardware and controls throughout the product’s lifecycle — because even the best systems need a little TLC sometimes.

✅ What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

•BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) + 5+ years of related experience.

• Solid background in IoT, embedded systems, analog/digital/mixed-signal design, and control integration. Bonus points if you’re a wizard at troubleshooting!

•Strong project management skills — you know how to lead complex projects and keep everyone (including yourself) organized.

• Top-notch communication, teamwork, and organizational chops. Deadlines? You laugh in the face of deadlines.

• Hands-on experience with FPGA, real-time and embedded systems, C, Linux, Python, and Arduino.

�� Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with cloud-based controls, IoT devices, wireless communications, and seamless cloud integration.

•A strong mechanical aptitude (because you know hardware and software go hand in hand).

• Understanding of electrical safety standards, global voltage standards, and EMI regulations — especially those related to UL and IEC compliance.
