Electrical Controls & Wiring  - Supervisor 

Job Overview: Our Indianola client is seeking to add an Electrical Controls & Wiring Supervisor to their team. As the Electrical Controls & Wiring Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for adhering to production schedules, maintaining manufacturing standards, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to various stakeholders.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Demonstrate self-motivation and effective prioritization to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot electrical-mechanical issues related to volumetric concrete mixers and associated equipment.
• Interpret electrical and wiring schematics, diagnose problems, and execute necessary repairs.
• Work with hand tools, wires, and small components, demonstrating manual dexterity.
• Process customer returns of electrical components, conduct repairs, or facilitate replacements.
• Program electronic hardware to support production operations.
• Participate in service calls for troubleshooting and on-site problem resolution.
• Assist in the installation and on-site service of equipment at customer locations.
• Process, assemble, and deliver customer service parts requests.
• Act as a backup to the Electrical Cell Team Leader.
• Provide recommendations for product improvements and corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Technician field, preferably in electrical, electronics, or controls.
• 1-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and control engineering principles.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with AC control system design is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD systems, Solid Works, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to comprehend and execute directions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Licensed Electrician is a plus.
