EHS Manager

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will oversee all aspects of environmental compliance, workplace safety, and health initiatives within the company. This role will involve developing and implementing policies, conducting training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all EHS issues, promoting environmental compliance, protection, and a safe work environment.
• Develop health and safety procedures for all areas of the company, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Schedule and conduct training sessions covering emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Establish and implement inspection policies, procedures, and routines to maintain safety standards.
• Maintain and ensure accessibility of material safety data sheets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field required; Master’s degree desirable.
• Five years of related experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
• Familiarity with hazardous material identification and disposal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
