Job Overview: Our logistics client located in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking to add a new Driver Onboarding Specialist to their team. The Driver Onboarding Specialist is responsible for onboarding new contractor and company drivers.  To be successful in the role of Driver Onboarding Specialist, you must have transportation experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be detail orientated.  

What you will be doing as a Driver Onboarding Specialist… 

• Complete driver onboarding, background checks, and employment verifications
• Ensure completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion
• Confirm driver compliance along with roadside inspections and CSA scorecards
• Audit state permits, maintenance logs, leases, and IRP registrations

Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Driver Onboarding Specialist… 

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Transportation
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Preferred bilingual (Spanish)
