Director of Workforce Development

Job Overview: Our Cedar Falls client, an expert in various fields that care about their customers’ success, is seeking to add a NEW Director of Workforce Development to their team. Director of Workforce Development is responsible for being a thought leader and utilize past work experience to successfully partner with operations. To be successful in the role of Director of Workforce Development, you must have experience with Genesys Cloud, experience across typical workforce management disciplines, and oversee analysis and reporting of employee performance data.

This is a Direct Hire role. USC or GC holder only. 

• Support contact center operations and workforce optimization by partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Operational leadership for multiple lines of business.
• Support of workforce optimization.
• Implementing strategic policies and selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Analytics or Quantitative field (economics, mathematics, business administration), or equivalent experience.
  
• Between 10-12 years of direct experience
• 8+ years of leadership experience over a team
• Experience with Genesys Cloud
• High attention to detail
