Your Quest:

• Analyze SCM flows for peak optimization and rally teams around visionary SCM projects.
• Infuse ERP and process innovation projects with your expertise and guide them to successful outcomes.
• Craft a digital roadmap that amplifies SCM efficiency and fortifies our operational framework.
• Foster collaborative planning for ERP and IT systems, ensuring harmonious integration.

Your Command Post:

• Hybrid role based in San Jose, with a 3-day onsite presence and the option to remote work the rest of the week.

Your Arsenal:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, IT, or equivalent.
• Bilingual communication prowess in Korean and English.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation and SCM.
• Mastery of Excel, data analytics, and visualization tools.
• Proven prowess in project management and change management.
• Stellar track record in digital transformation endeavors.
