Digital Application Analyst
The Digital Application Analyst is responsible for coordinating maintenance and optimizing the digital banking experience for both employees and members. This role ensures the smooth functionality of applications, products, and services, and assists the IT Department with analyzing, testing, and maintaining various technology functions. This includes managing aspects of the digital environment, third-party vendor connections, and other technologies used by the credit union. The Analyst provides support to end-users and vendors to enhance the overall member experience.
This is a Direct Hire.
What you will be doing as a Digital Application Analyst…
- Oversee digital banking platforms and third-party integrations, coordinating product lifecycles.
- Assist in planning digital experiences and collaborate with departments to enhance member interactions.
- Analyze product performance and consumer behavior, recommending solutions to increase adoption and engagement.
- Provide timely Tier 2 support, conduct root cause analysis, and document issues.
- Communicate with leadership on issues and projects, explaining the benefits of changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose new products.
- Manage case updates and vendor integrations.
- Build relationships with business leaders and vendors, and participate in industry events.
- Work with Marketing to promote the credit union brand digitally.
- Collaborate with departments to identify improvements.
- Follow change management processes and maintain process documentation.
- Actively communicate with supervisors about goals and development.
- Associate’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent specialized certification/license.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Understanding of credit union operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, pleasant, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to perform under pressure with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Team player attitude.
