Design/Manufacturing Engineer

The Design/Manufacturing Engineer plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for modeling, detailing, and programming new projects and ensuring their successful completion on the production floor.

This is a Direct Hire role.

What you will be doing as a Design/Manufacturing Engineer…

• Utilize SolidWorks, MasterCAM, and related software to create 3D models, drawings, and diagrams.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, quality standards, and goals.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Prepare product and prototype reports for current and prospective customers.

Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Design/Manufacturing Engineer…

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar engineering field preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with CAD (SolidWorks) and CAM (Mastercam) software.
