Customer Service Parts Coordinator

Job Overview: Our Industrial Automation client, located in Englewood, CO, is seeking to add a NEW Customer Service Parts Coordinator to their team. Customer Service Parts Coordinator is responsible for Overall purchase process, supporting customer's with updates, information requests and expediting. To be successful in the role of  Customer Service Parts Coordinator, you must have working knowledge of an ERP system, ability to use a pallet jack, and excellent organizational skills.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Responsible for purchase order ensuring placed at the best price and will meet delivery requirements per the project/client needs
  
• Ability to follow work instructions
  
• Requests quotes from suppliers for evaluation
  
• Prepares quotes
  
• Intake of requests from a client through email, call, or Salesforce
  
• Ability to locate parts, inhouse or vendor, and expediting shipping based on needs 
• Negotiate pricing when possible
• Following up on deliveries
• Assists finance
• Creates and updates reports as required
• Supports customers with reports, quotes, and other information as required
• Lifting up to 100lbs with assistance, frequently lifts up to 50lbs and constantly up to 20lbs

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid state driver's license
  
• Ability to use a pallet jack
  
• Experience in MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems
  
• Customer Service skills
  
• Ability to visit offsite locations
  
• Strong communication skills 
  
• 1 year of relevant working experience
