Reconstruction Project Manager

Job Overview: Our Denver Colorado client, in restoration, is seeking to add a NEW Reconstruction Project Manager to their team. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the daily on-site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects following water, fire, or mold damage. This role requires full-time presence within the assigned territory and is responsible for managing subcontractors, sourcing materials, administering project budgets, securing required permits, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The ultimate goal is to restore properties to pre-loss condition while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a Direct Hire 

• Assess damaged properties and develop detailed scopes of work for restoration following water, fire, or mold events.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with homeowners, property managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Hire, schedule, and oversee subcontractors performing reconstruction tasks.

• Manage material procurement and subcontractor expenses to keep projects on budget and maximize profitability.

• Provide written progress updates, including photos, after each site visit or project milestone.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

• Enforce company guidelines regarding job site cleanliness, professionalism, and conduct.

• Apply for necessary permits and coordinate required inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
