• Location: Exeter, NH (also available in Rochester and Newington)

General Job Duties:

• Develop CNC programs using MasterCam, GibbsCAM, or Partmaker.
• Optimize tool configurations for efficient production.
• Analyze blueprints to determine precise part dimensions, tool selection, and optimal machine settings.
• Utilize various measuring instruments to ensure part accuracy during machining.
• Occasionally set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Adjust programs and machinery to uphold quality standards.
• Propose part and process modifications to the engineering team.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.
• Proficiency in MasterCam, GibbsCAM, or Partmaker.
• In-depth knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
• Skilled in setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, especially with GD&T.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree or Certification in a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Demonstrated adherence to good manufacturing practices and effective tooling/machining resource selection.
• Strong mathematical capabilities.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Onsite work required in Newington, New Hampshire.
