Our clients team is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that redefine industry standard and are in need of a talented Business Analyst to join their product team!

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. You will play a pivotal role in refining features, documenting client needs, and ensuring seamless communication between development and design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand product concepts and create comprehensive use cases.
• Enhance the look and feel of Pinnacle Series through UI/UX design improvements.
• Refine user stories and clarify requirements for development.
• Develop detailed documentation of client needs and gather requirements.
• Participate in Agile meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Analyze functional specifications and coordinate technology solutions.
• Support the design team with updates, improvements, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with product management to implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct testing to assess user experience and promote design guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Product Suite; experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile product development and software delivery methodology.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a focus on pixel-perfect design and vision.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Continued education on UI trends and design strategies.
• Understanding of SQL Databases and ability to write SQL queries is advantageous.
