Bilingual Teller

Position Summary

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Bilingual Teller to provide outstanding service to members in both English and Spanish. In this role, you'll process financial transactions, answer member questions, identify member needs, and recommend products and services while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service in English and Spanish.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, and ATM/cash machines.
• Identify and help prevent fraudulent activity.
• Answer member questions and resolve account issues.
• Promote and refer financial products and services based on member needs.
• Follow security, compliance, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain a professional work environment and participate in required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of banking, teller, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Cash handling experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
