Location: Rosemount, MN
We are seeking an Analyzer Reliability Engineer with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge engineering technologies to drive safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is based in Rosemount, MN, just minutes south of the Twin Cities.

Our Analyzer and Instrument Engineering Team is composed of engineers from diverse backgrounds who support 25,000+ analyzers and instruments. We offer a flexible work arrangement with a 9/80 schedule, allowing for every other Friday off, and a compensation structure based on the value you create.
What You Will Do
- Provide engineering support for online analyzer applications, CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems), process analyzers, and gas detectors to meet safety, environmental, and process control requirements.
- Analyze performance data and trends to enhance analyzer reliability.
- Support maintenance and operations teams by researching, specifying, and designing plant instrumentation and analytical equipment.
- Identify and implement new value-added analyzer technologies to advance reliability strategies.
- Collaborate with Analyzer Technicians and Environmental teams to ensure emission monitors comply with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and engineering support for equipment and systems.
- Design and execute engineering projects to address plant needs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience working with analyzers and/or instrumentation in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Knowledge of measurement principles and infrastructure elements for process analyzers.
- Familiarity with compliance and engineering standards (NEC, NFPA, API, OSHA, ISA, EPA, and other RAGAGEPs).
- Experience with engineering software or data analytics.
- Five (5) or more years of experience with process and environmental analyzers in the manufacturing industry.
Compensation
For this role, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for variable pay bonuses based on performance.
