We’re looking for a Turbine Services Manager to take charge of turbine/generator projects and maintenance for a highly respected client in Omaha, NE. If you thrive on solving complex challenges, leading dynamic teams, and contributing to cutting-edge energy solutions, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
?? Managing turbine and generator maintenance projects across the fleet
?? Reviewing schedules, engineering docs, and P&IDs for accuracy
?? Coordinating heavy-haul materials, shipments, and logistics
?? Partnering with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
?? Upholding safety standards and mentoring your team to succeed
Who We’re Looking For:
?? Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 8+ years of hands-on steam turbine experience
?? Expertise in turbine systems, maintenance, and operations
?? Skilled in blueprint reading, project coordination, and problem-solving
?? Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
?? Bonus: PMP certification or advanced degrees are a huge plus!
