Our Client, the largest credit union in the Quad City area, serving more than 130,000 members and over $1.5 billion in assets is seeking a Call Center Agent. This position will be located at Corporate Headquarters in Moline, IL.

The successful candidate will need the following skills/qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of sales, product and services; ensures appropriate application of the credit union’s policies and procedures.
  • Two year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Within the high energy, empowered atmosphere the agents are able to provide exceptional service through remote channels of delivery such as phone, email and chat functions. Each day the goal is to listen, understand and take quick action to exceed the member's expectations.

Hours
7am-7pm Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Talking:  Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Hearing:   Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.

Finger, handle, touch:  Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling. Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.

Lifting Demands: Up to 10 lbs.

Visual Demands: Visual acuity to do things such as:  preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
